Submission Guidelines

  1. 1 All submissions must be in English with proper grammar and spelling.
  2. 2 Submissions must use the provided abstract submission template.
  3. 3 Title should not exceed 25 words and must clearly reflect the nature of the presentation.
  4. 4 Submissions should not exceed 400 words, excluding the title, section headings, images, author names, and affiliations.
  5. 5 Only standard abbreviations are permitted; provide the full term in parentheses when first mentioned.
  6. 6 References are not required for submissions.
  7. 7 Tables, graphs, and images are allowed, with a maximum of two in total per submission (PNG / JPG format).
  8. 8 Abstracts must follow the structured format for either Case Reports or Original Research.
  9. 9 Presentations will also be conducted in English.

Abstract Review

  • All submitted abstracts will be evaluated through a peer review process conducted by the Scientific Committee. The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.
  • Abstracts that are incomplete or not written in English will not be accepted for review.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format.
  • No revisions to abstracts will be allowed after the submission deadline, with no exceptions.

Conditions of Acceptance

If accepted into the official program, the following conditions will apply:

  • Oral and poster presentations must be delivered by a single presenter.
  • The presenter must be a listed author of the submitted abstract.
  • Accepted presenters are required to register, pay, and attend the conference in person.
  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in the abstract being excluded from the official program.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • The submitting author confirms the submission represents original work.
  • No financial support is provided to accepted presenters. All accepted presenters must register and pay.
  • The submitting authors confirm the work has received appropriate ethical approval where applicable.
  • The submitting authors declare the work does not violate any existing copyright agreements.

Q Can I submit more than one abstract?

Yes. Each submitter can submit multiple abstracts.

Q What email address should I use?

Use an email address that will be used for all correspondence and delivery of e-certificates.

Q Can I amend my abstract after submission?

Yes, you may amend your abstract until 30 April 2026. After this deadline, no further amendments will be allowed.

Q What happens after the abstract submission deadline?

No new abstracts or amendments will be accepted. Ensure all submissions are complete and error-free before the deadline.

Q Must the submitter and presenter be the same person?

Not necessarily. The submitter and presenter may be different individuals.
